Andrew Cunningham is a senior mining executive with decades of experience working across Africa and Australia. A Namibian citizen, Andrew has held senior executive roles and board level positions with ASX and TSX listed companies, most recently serving as CEO of ASX-listed Walkabout Resources.

Andrew has extensive cross-discipline technical and management experience in the minerals industry, predominantly in Africa and Australia, and has worked in a range of commodities and geological styles including uranium, iron ore, graphite, diamonds, gold and base metals.

For over close to 20 years, he has managed all facets of exploration and development projects in Africa from project generation, the completion of feasibility studies and the build and startup of new mines. He held senior geology and exploration positions with major international mining companies.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours) from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geosciences.
