Boniface Magembe is a mining engineer who joined Above Ground Advisory as an analyst in March 2024.

Boniface works with clients across the mining value chain, advising them on compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Above Ground Advisory, Boniface worked at Chema Consult & General Supplies where he helped companies optimise their chemical management processes. At Chema, Boniface worked closely with key regulatory agencies including the Chief Government Chemist Laboratory Agency.

Prior to this, Boniface undertook work experience at Geita Gold Mine and the Bulyanhulu Gold Mine where he participated in a range of activities including mine design and planning, mine safety procedures and practices, mine ventilation, mine survey works, geological and geotechnical mapping, open pit and underground development and production drilling and blasting. Boniface holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam.
