
Ndeshihafela Ndivayele
Senior Consultant
Ndeshihafela Ndivayele is an award-winning mining engineering leader and strategist, fluent in multiple languages, with experience spanning mining, process engineering, and business innovation.

She has contributed to Namibia’s extractives sector through her work with Epangelo Mining Company, a state-owned enterprise, where she focused on strategic planning, mineral resource optimisation, and project viability modelling. Her career also includes research and policy input on national economic development strategies, as well as leadership of the Mining & Process Engineering Society, where she coordinated major international engineering forums.

As the founder of NABO Innovations, a multinational engineering and technology start-up, she drives sustainable solutions in mining and energy, with the venture recognised among Africa’s top business innovations. Beyond mining, she serves as the strategic advisory board member & Africa global co-lead of Women in Green Hydrogen (WiGH), where she leads global initiatives to advance clean energy and gender diversity.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mining from the Namibia University of Science and Technology.
