Ester Mkamba is a graduate petroleum engineer. At Above Ground Advisory, Ester works with both oil and gas and mining clients, advising them on commercial opportunities and the regulatory environment.

Prior to joining Above Ground Advisory, Ester completed a summer internship at Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Co Ltd  in Dongying, China where she covered topics such as practical approach to oilfield development planning and practical reservoir modeling and simulation.

Ester has an Award in Professional Consulting and a Certificate Training in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Additionally, Ester has a Certificate Award in Managing Safely in the Oil, Gas and Energy Industry from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Ester holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China) and a Master's of Science in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University.
