Consultant

Sarafina Sanga is a qualified geologist who previously worked in the exploration team at Shanta Mining Company Limited. In this role, she was actively involved in geological mapping, geological logging and geological sampling as well as working on the preparation of multiple drilling programmes.

Prior to this, she worked as a geology practical trainee at Tancoal Energy Limited where she was involved in both the exploration and mining of coal in the Ruvuma Region.

Sarafina has extensive experience in the generation of geological maps, supervision of various geological activities, such as drilling, sampling, and the preparation of certified reference materials in several commodities.

​

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Dar es Salaam.
